I was glad to find a quiet refuge away from the chaotic 'hockey family' crowd in the lobby, and the room was easily accessible for my wheelchair. However, the constant running of children in the hall made it hard to relax at times.

The room was located away from the lobby commotion, making it peaceful for me. I could easily move around in my wheelchair.

The service was pleasant and efficient, except for the unexpected 25% gratuity charge on an orange juice for my son. Nonetheless, the front desk manager on Friday night was excellent.

Despite some A/C issues affecting my sleep, the hotel's proximity to major restaurant chains and the 401 highway was convenient. The surroundings were clean and quiet, providing a good escape.

Although the staffing shortages impacted the breakfast service, the food ordered in the lobby was presented well. I left with some tasty leftovers, even though the check-out process was a bit rushed due to the influx of 'hockey families'.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean and just the right size for our Norwex meeting, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was nice too, within walking distance to some major restaurants and conveniently near the highway. However, the dining experience was a little pricey though delicious, and the hotel was unable to accommodate us immediately on arrival, which was a bit of a downside, especially in a small market setting.

However, there was a musty smell that was off-putting at times. The service had its ups and downs; while the staff was friendly and efficient, I was surprised when my son was charged a high gratuity percentage without my consent. The location was convenient for quick access to the highway but lacked proper air flow in the room. The dining options were decent but not complimentary, which was disappointing. Overall, the hotel had its highlights and drawbacks.
